Ever run out of activities and wondered what you will do with the children for the next 5 or 10 minutes? If you haven't done much with kids this can be the most daunting and stressful part of the morning. But don't stress... there is plenty you can do!

• Keep pictures on hand to do the Praise wall activity.
• Put on some Christian children's music and either sing or play games such as musical statues (the children still do listen and even sing the songs, even when playing a game)
• Draw a picture about the lesson and cut it up into a puzzle. Swap and rebuild each others.
• Spread out lots of postcards (or pictures cut from magazines etc) on a table. Get the children to select two pictures - one that represents (reminds them about) a highlight of their week and one that represents a low point of their week. Sit in a circle and share the pictures and what they represent. Have a single sentence group prayer time afterwards to praise and pray for all the various points raised.
