I like to visually represent ideas on the wall - especially when the kids can be the one's doing it. The basic idea of this activity is to use something to show the year that has been on the wall for all the children to remember.

If you've taken photos of important events, let the children choose photos and stick them up.

Let the children look through magazines and cut out pictures that represent something significant or important to them and stick them on the wall.

Let all the children draw a picture of something they've learned in the last year and stick it on the wall.
