PRAYER Bookmark

Back to Crafts for Concepts 

This craft uses the acronym P.U.S.H - pray until something happen. (If you're not familiar with these Christian acronyms, there are lots - just search the net. WWJD, FROG...)

Cut a bookmark sized rectangle from coloured card.

On a piece of white paper, get the children to draw a picture of them pushing a box. (See this picture - p.u.s.h)

In the box, get them to draw something they want to pray for.

Cut out the paper and glue onto the coloured card.

Underneath, write:

P - PRAY

U - UNTIL

S - SOMETHING

H - HAPPENS

Turn the bookmark over and write the Bible verse:

1 Thessalonians 5:17 - Never stop praying!
